We offer same-week video visits for potential liver disease patients, and we diagnose.
And we offer to take on the patients with a diagnosis (F1 / F2 / F3 / F4) for longitudinal care.
If we had vanity license plates, each of us, they’d start LRESI-1 through about LRESI-30 (there are about 30 LiverRighters now).
Because we wake up every day to do what we call ESI — Early Stage Identification in the Liver Disease state.

Let’s review the stages–
F0: No fibrosis—normal liver tissue with no scarring.
F1: Mild fibrosis with early scarring around the portal areas, but liver function remains largely unaffected.
F2: Moderate fibrosis with progression of scarring and inflammation that begins to interfere with normal liver architecture.
F3: Severe fibrosis with extensive bridging scar tissue that significantly disrupts liver structure and function but is not yet cirrhosis.
F4: Cirrhosis—advanced, permanent scarring that severely impairs liver function and increases risk of complications such as portal hypertension and liver failure.
And here’s a graphic that nets it out with less prose (Hx is history)–

Why find out about your liver disease (if any) in early stages? Because if it’s F1 / F2, it’s potentially reversible. And F3 / F4 are highly treatable.
Undiagnosed/Untreated liver disease can lead to Liver Cancer. Or a Liver Transplant.
